Moving away from the mundane presentations, the workshop style sessions were created within specific frameworks to maximize audience participation via Q&A sessions, Quizzing, Role Play and Case Study.

The two-day summit addressed unique topics including Raising the Revenue Graph of the hotel through better housekeeping practices; Understanding Linen Logic beginning with purchase and through the laundry process; Targeting Training Needs of housekeeping; Knowing the intricacies of Interior Design to meet brand standards and supercede guest expectations in the guest room; the relevance of technology and digitization of services in the current scenario in order to increase efficiency and simplify processes.
